Information on the right of withdrawal

Information for consumers pursuant to Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and the model form set out in the annex to Article L221-5 of the same code.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period runs from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. For multiple goods delivered separately — from receipt of the last item.

How to exercise this right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (letter or email) to:

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your decision. Reimbursement uses the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions (Art. L221-28 French Consumer Code)

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Installation services fully performed with your prior express agreement
