Delivery and returns

Delivery zones

We deliver to all European Union countries. Costs and times depend on the destination country and the product weight/dimensions.

Delivery costs

• Standard delivery: €29.99 (incl. VAT)
• Free delivery on orders from €500.00
• Installation — by quote

The final delivery cost is shown before the order is confirmed (Art. L221-5 French Consumer Code).

Delivery times

• Accessories: 2–3 business days
• Split systems: 3–7 business days
• Heat pumps: 7–14 business days
• Ventilation systems: 14–21 business days

If the delivery date is missed, you may cancel the contract under the conditions of Articles L216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

Order tracking

After dispatch you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier.

Product returns

Within 14 days you may return the product in its original packaging. The product must be undamaged. Details on the Right of withdrawal page. Right of withdrawal

Delivery damage

Check the packaging on receipt. If damage is visible, note precise reservations on the carrier's delivery note and contact us within 48 hours: info@cool-france.com.

Warranty returns

If a defect covered by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) is found, contact info@cool-france.com. We will arrange repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
